Seems like everyone in Hong Kong is reserving the iPhone5 to re-sell for a hefty profit. 70% of these iPhones end up in Mainland China where there is a huge demand even at double the price.
Why don’t apple sell the iPhone5 in china?

The Hong Kong round of the Nike City Jam will take place tomorrow at one of the most iconic scenic locations in Hong Kong - Pier 3 carpark behind Harbour City; which has the whole Hong Kong skyline as the backdrop.
Exact location of Pier 3 is on Gateway Boulevard behind Gateway Tower 6 at Harbour City.

D&G incident “racism”?! Hong Kong should wake up!

“…Apparently, when Hong Kong Chinese people working for D&G discriminate against other Hong Kong Chinese people in favor of Mainland Chinese people, it’s called racism. Generally speaking, “racism” is not something that occurs between people people of the same race. Discrimination? Yes. Stereotyping? Yes. Racism? No.”
Here is the real racism isuue in HK
“…does anyone have any doubt that D&G has been discriminating against Filipinos, Indians and Pakistanis in exactly this same way for years and years? But suddenly D&G does it to the group that’s used to doing the discriminating, and it’s an outrage!”
“ If you’ve never spoken out against the very real and very serious racism directed at Filipinos, Indonesians, South Asians and Africans in Hong Kong, and you’re suddenly speaking out about this, then you’re not really against “racism,” you just think it has a proper, and improper, direction.”
